The check in process wasn’t exactly smooth either. We refueled the truck and ask the employee at the gas station/rental place where to park the truck. We did and dropped the keys in the drop box. I followed the instructions in the app for returning the truck. Then about two hours later the app showed I still had not returned the truck. I called U-Haul and Orion got everything sorted out.
