Pick up procedure is a little much. Also asking for pictures of the truck and nothing would load. Not an easy process. Need face to face communication for pickup and returns. Personnel at this location does not speak English and has no idea how to help.
Detra TThe people who are working in this location are very bad and rude they don’t want to receive the equipment and they say we will not take it if you leave it here it’s under your responsibility? That’s why I called the costumer service before I leave the location and they don’t deserve a 1 star
Mubarak aThe check in process wasn’t exactly smooth either. We refueled the truck and ask the employee at the gas station/rental place where to park the truck. We did and dropped the keys in the drop box. I followed the instructions in the app for returning the truck. Then about two hours later the app showed I still had not returned the truck. I called U-Haul and Orion got everything sorted out.
