Shouldn't charge people for gas when they already fill up the equipment as they should do. Like I did but tried to charge me for gas that the equipment didn't need. I reported it . Nit good business

The lady was very nice. The only thing I would change is the way things are put in the computer to show that the equipment was returned.

Gary MThis location can do a better job of informing customers when items like dollies; furniture pads; etc. aren't available for pickup ahead of time. It would also be great if everyone on their team knew how to do a check in, I spent a few minutes trying to explain what I was there for and it made me late to the movers.
