Initially, I ordered a 15' truck pickup from 120 Window Lane, Elizabethtown, and KY 42701, but even though it was Friday afternoon, the office was locked, and I didn't receive the keys. It's the worst. I waited about an hour on the phone with the customer service. The conclusion is that they offered to lend a 26' truck at another location instead. Dolly even chose the option to move three pieces of luggage, but didn't receive it. Because the 6300 Rineyville Rd Rineyville, KY 40162 said there was no stock at all. Money was wasted, and all the luggage had to be moved manually by hand. The truck was also too big compared to what I ordered, making it inconvenient to drive and scary.How can this happen?

Reservation was initially canceled. Was told they had a dolly which I ordered but was covered in rust. Was initially told there was no moving blankets like I ordered but then was given a bag before leaving. The cab of the truck was filthy. Cup holders were covered in sticky liquids.
