There was misinformation about where to return and where I could store my belongings. The only place you can return and have storage is at their main location on Alta Mesa in Ft Worth. This involved a lot of driving around and an extra 2 hours of my time. Your staff however was friendly and helpful.

We returned the truck about 23 hours before expected, yet still got charged for the last day. You should have an hourly rate for this purpose since you can actually turn around and rent the truck again if we return it early.

I overestimated how large of a truck I needed, but it was amazing. Very clean, quick, and efficient. Also a five box sectional will totally fit in a cargo van. I had way more vehicle than I needed, but it did the job.

Keep doing what you're doing. The combination of product knowledge and customer service is outstanding. I would do more for employees cell phone assistance, because if they have to use their own phones for work, they should be paid for it.

When I made a reservation for Sunday, I was told I could pick up the vehicle at 8am, when in fact the store did not open until 9am. I also got the vehicle with supposedly 3/4 of a tank of fuel. I was given a sheet that had approximations of how much fuel I might need to get it back to 3/4 of a tank. I drove the 15ft van 34 miles and initially put 3 gallons in it, but it did not read 3/4 on the gauge. So I put another 2 gallons in and then it read over 3/4s. I explained this to the store and was told in no uncertain terms that UHaul does not reimburse for excess fuel even though I had receipts. I told the attendant that the truck should be full when given to a customer so there would be no question as to how much fuel it would take. It seems simple enough to fix these two problems, but I doubt they will :(

UHaul reservation system is terrible. We reserved for Rio Rancho location and UHaul wanted us to drive all the way across town to another location instead. Fortunately Josh in Rio Rancho was able to help us.

Renting truck took too long as only two employees had to accomodate many customers. 25 minutes passed from the time I entered the store until I drove away, and I even had done my reservation on-line.

The desk personnel was highly rude. I am not sure if it is their lack of training from UHAUL or they have no customer service skills. They told me my payment had not gone through then when the found out it had, they did not apologize for being rude then proceeded to point things out in the contract with her middle finger. Not helpful and extremely rude horrible representation of the company. They also had me fill up my 26 ft truck and drive it across the city to get the tow hitch. I saw several to hitches there as well as different types. I told them i have never driven this big of a vehicle and they did not bat an eye. When i drove it to the Eubank location Again very very rude. The guy was apparently the assistant manager, he slapped it on the back and gave me no direction on how to put my car on. I had brought my car because i was told they would place it on the tow. He said "he aint got time and that would cost extra". I have never been treated this horribly from a company. The begining of this started with the call center that either has never been trained or do not care to give the correct information to the customers and Constantly transfeeing sometimes without trasing the whole question. I would like tho be contacted about this experience.

I rented an appliance dolly. A staff member put the dolly in my vehicle for me when I picked it up and another staff member took it out for me when I returned the dolly. Everyone was super friendly and courteous. I would give 5 stars if their computer/credit card reader functioned smoothly. The card/chip reader kept freezing up and eventually the person completing the transaction had to enter data into the system by hand. So, great and attentive service with computer/billing technology that might benefit from being updated/replaced.

Inspect the vehicle before it leaves instead of accusing the customer for damaging the truck. I drove the truck no more than 8 miles was accused of cracking a plastic part that had been patched previously on the inside. Terrible customer service. This was my third rental in the past year. I will rent from a more reputable company in the future.
