I reserved a 20 foot truck I went to riverhead to pick it up the person there was not very smart ,the truck was a 15 foot truck and the only one there I saw his laptop which said the truck was a 15 foot truck but I was charged for 20 foot I rented one way which apparently did not sit well, I was supposed to bring the truck to ashland n.y. after I had it I was texed to bring it to catskill n.y an additional 60 miles away so they could charge me an additonal 58 miles I wassupposed to be there at 9am the place did not open till 10 am I called them several times they will not return my calls I will not ever deal with you scam artists again

I give this drop off location my highest recommendation. The staff made it straightforward and painless for me. They were kind and patient. Bonus? They serve excellent breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Pretty hard to beat.
