PAUL BText messages. No one at this location could explain why your company kept texting me. This follow-up rating—it only benefits your company. I was told I could rent a 10’ truck at any time but when I went to rent one—all gone! I had to take a 15’ truck at a higher price. Again, nothing for the customer except more cost and annoyance. The facility was part private post office, part electrical bike shop and then a rental shop, in that order. No employee badges or uniforms. TV blaring News Nation. Homeless everywhere. It’s a mile from my house and I walked to your store so I wouldn’t have to park in your broken dirty lot. So wrong truck, wrong price, bad location, and text after text. A poor experience. I didn’t give you a worse rating because the franchisee seemed like he was doing his best.
