Great service
KARLA AMy reservation was changed by another store with a notice. They were not helpful didn't even try to fix the situation or do anything. The owner of this store heard the predicament and offered to help. We still didn't get the size of truck we needed but they worked with us to fix the situation. Great customer service very friendly and their trucks were great. Don't go anywhere else these folks with go above and beyond.

VILIAMI FI was charged 15 dollar for the Insurance fee when I told them I didn't want it they insisted that I had to get it but I rented U-Haul 2 days ago and I did not have pay the 15 and I got the same truck I drive very locally only used 30 miles I hope some how I can get an answer
