This dealer is excellent. The level of customer service is far beyond mot of my experiences with Uhaul dealers. The ladies were pleasant and knowledgeable about the equipment and process. They worked together to attach the trailer to my vehicle in bitter cold conditions to insure it was correct and safe. On return, I was met in the storage yard where they helped unhook the trailer and made sure all was good with the experience. I was headed across the gravel with the rented appliance dolly and was met where they took over returning the dolly to their inside shop. It was easiest and fastest rental return experience with Uhaul. I will use this dealer again whenever I need Uhaul equipment.
