The gas was at 28 miles to empty when I picked up the truck. Then when I returned the vehicle the mileage was way off. I only drove 12.4 miles yet the mileage came in that I drove 251 miles plus was charged a fuel fee. The truck was dirty and the experience overall very stressful. I was charged almost $500, Never again and I will be contacting my bank, this is fraud!
