No one was there. It’s a blind drop off for your long distance trailers. I, an 81 yo man, had to push trailers around by hand to make room for my trailer. Next time I will refuse to go to this location to pick up or drop off trailer. I will insist on a location with staff to assist me. The trailer itself worked just fine. Your telephone personnel in south Florida were great and instructed me on what to do with trailer and checked me in by phone.

I arrived at the drop off on 7/3/2026 but didn't get confirmation of the drop off unti 07/06/2026 that says I dropped it off on 07/0502026 and,I found no one there so I thought. The location has no signage if not for other u haul trailers I would not have found it. I looked for someone to assist me with no luck until a young lady asked me was I dropping off and when I said yes she said ok drop it off! Really no inspection no final paperwork and of course no assistance. BAD OVERALL EXPERIENCE!
