The guy working at that location is very poor at communicating. When I went to drop off the truck he was just sitting in another truck. Didn’t even responded good to take the keys back. He just told me to drop off the keys at a drop off box and I did that. Next day he called me asking for where are the keys and he charged me $50 saying that I didn’t return the key. The location itself looks very bad . I would give zero rating for that person and location

The man working there (storage unit type location) was sitting in the cab of a U-Haul truck where couldn't be seen. The window was Hal open and he was muttering to his phone. We tried to talk to him during a pause and he muttered something so we didn't know of he worked there or not and if he was on his phone or not. My son and I walked around the building and I called the number I had. The guy in the truck answered and said "you walked right by me." When we walked back around, he was still muttering into his phone well after we'd hung up. He gave us the key and pointed to the truck. I had to ask about the gas and got my own dolly I'd requested from the building after he unlocked the door. There was no service and little information from him. The truck was fine.
Andrew ZThe engine seemed to be struggling and the return location was extremely unresponsive and un helpful. I had to speak with a different location for help and instrusctions. Galen at 972-271-5651 was great and helped me. I give him and his location 5 stars across the board.
Melissa HAdvertised as open, but nobody home. Had to do the whole transaction online, and no blankets were able to be provided because THEY WEREN"T OPEN AS ADVERTISED! Had to lift the very heavy trailer tongue onto the hitch with my wife, as I have an eight week old new knee. We barely got it on, was very dangerous. Nobody to help hook up lights chains. Requesting a full refund.
Joel SThe place is confusing, one expects to find a person and it’s really all a guess, I called U-Haul and the lady on the phone forwarded the call to a person who then help to get everything done through the phone. I was so confused that I called the U-Haul number three or four times, the lady on the other end knew the process very well, but my initial preception was that she was expecting I would know it too… in the end she took the time to explain everything to me, thank YOU! The trucks are packed very close to each other, one cannot even walk in between them to asses the physical state of the vehicle, you better be a good driver, otherwise, I cannot tell how you will park it back in place when done with it. Also, the furniture dolly I requested was not in the back, I paid for it anyway as I missed to report it at check in, but the worst was that I really needed it!!
