Very unprofessional and uncoordinated. There was no going over the contract nor the policy and rules on how and what to do once we got the U-Haul. Blatantly lied about a hold of money, signed the contract without let me know or even going over it with me, and added insurance when we had already declined the offer. After the U-Haul was dropped off the same day, and that was that. Ten days later I get a call from an Area Manger asking where the U-Haul is at. Waiting over a week to find out where your property is, is not only unprofessional but incredibly sketchy. He never told why he just now got in contact with us, nor how he knew the U-Haul wasn’t at the property. My sister talked with him trying to figure out what was going on and he stated he’d send a breakdown of the situation. While on the phone with him he was let in on the money hold issue, and how we were confused on if it was a hold or the actual amount. He then asked if we received the money back and when he was told no, and that’s the main issue, he switched up and now stated that, that is the actual amount. The next day he sends my sister the exact same contract we already had and still hadn’t answered our questions and then charges my card two more times for two different amounts of money. I have left him a voicemail and called his phone and he is no longer responding to me or my sister. DO NOT USE THIS THIRD PARTY COMPANY. They will scam, take more money then needed, and sign forms without you consent.

The check in office is not well defined. I drove around until I found a guy outside that could help me.
DANNY BThe trucks were left running in the parking lot, it smelled like cigarette smoke, there wasn’t a clear entrance to the facility, no one was there when we dropped off around 3-4. Well the guy I picked up from was there but asleep in a truck. I also got charge $80 for a furniture dolly we declined at pick up and he said he would take it off.
JENNIFER FI wasn't given an email of instructions, and no one was onsite to help. Thankfully, I called and someone answered. However, the person that "helped" me get my car was absolutely unable to give proper directions. So it was a very difficult process to find the car, find the keys (in a lockbox somewhere else), find the dolly and blankets (in a container among many and not clearly labeled). Ironically, at the end of the call, the employee informed me he could see me on the camera -- and could have used that to his advantage to tell me where to go properly from the start. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. I will only pickup from an actual Uhaul location in the future.
Casey NThe guy working at that location is very poor at communicating. When I went to drop off the truck he was just sitting in another truck. Didn’t even responded good to take the keys back. He just told me to drop off the keys at a drop off box and I did that. Next day he called me asking for where are the keys and he charged me $50 saying that I didn’t return the key. The location itself looks very bad . I would give zero rating for that person and location
