Return of my trailer rental was unsatisfactory. It took more than 25 minutes. Their was only one trailer return and one person getting propane in front of me.
Very under staffed for th amount of traffic they get. Makes for long wait times for any service ao purchase needs.
The wait time to be "approved" through the mobile app was longer than expected (about 15 minutes). I opted for the mobile check-in so that I would be able to be on the road faster and didn't expect to have to wait so long. And, because it was taking so long, I was confused and thought I had to get in line to obtain approval.
I was very satisfied with the service. The service representatives were very courteous and helpful despite being extremely busy. Thanks again for the great experience!

It was a rainy Sunday morning when I turned in the trailer. They did all the outside work of unhooking the trailer. The only reason I needed to get out of my car was to remove the lock I had forgotten. Great crew there.
Waited an hour to pick up truck then told we still had to have it back at the original return time so only had 3 hours not four we paid for
The wait to pick up the uhaul was crazy. Took 45 minutes just to get one that was reserved. We reserved at a closer location but was told we needed to go to this one instead. And instead of bringing it to a different location we were also told we had to bring it back to where we picked it up. We asked for a dolly and the guy at the desk said there was one on the truck, which there was not. And lastly, the communication was poor. We were charged $30 for service fuel recharge which we were not informed of at pickup. Did we need to fill it up ourself? We would have had we known. It's crazy to get charged fuel per mile and then $30 on top of that. We will find a different place to rent next time. Overall a poor experience.
It was frustrating to see 3 workers at the service desk with only one actively helping a customer - maybe let the 3 of us waiting in line know why you were not addressing any of our issues? Ridiculous that you don't have a 2nd key for lockouts - won't use uhaul again for that reason alone. Also tell your employees that masks are NOT effective when worn below the nose....

Phone system, the calllbwasctransfered and took over 13 minutes to be picked up. He did not say he was off site and would not clarify why he couldn't rent what I wanted forvtheee days . He was extremely not helpful. We will be looking for another location.
I was told i should received the $50 reservation guarantee, but i am not sure he will follow up on that
I bought all of our boxes and packing materials there and rented a truck. Everyone was exceptionally helpful. Noah G. was great. Moving is not fun, but it was made a little easier by Uhaul.

Make online pay and check-in available. There should be an intercom available at the trailer storage location that is able to communicate with the attendant. The attendant may be busy anywhere in the yard, but could then respond.
Location was extremely busy and not enough help at the front desk to take care of customers and answer the phone.

Tire needed to be replaced
Reservation and returns process went well. I particularly liked being able to return the truck early in the morning Sunday before business hours using my phone. The staff at this location was friendly and competent. The truck was clean but the brakes were a little squeaky (though functionally fine). The website is garbage. When making a reservation, I put in my information, then I had to click through 6-7 pages of add-ons. This is beyond annoying. Then on top of that I received an email solicitation from UHaul after I had made my reservation (for moving help). This kind of marketing borders on harassment. What I would find to be more reasonable is this: Reservation pages, then next click you offer insurance, then the next page you offer all the addons on one page. Make a page of graphical buttons where moving supplies, moving help, blankets, and the other stuff is in one concise menu. This would be more efficient and less annoying to the customer. Charging more for mileage on Saturday is a big problem for me. I noticed that the price per mile on Sunday was $0.79 and $0.99 on Saturday. This kind of practice is an obvious money grab and will cost you customers. At this point I will use UHaul again, but please take my feedback into consideration. Thank you.

I did the online turn-in of the trailer thinking that would avoid the $20 charge on my $40 rental. But apparently using the online app is the costly way to go. this needs to be more clear in the website. thx
