Michael SThe truck was clean and the business owner even had it running to warm up for us (it was -4 when we picked up the truck). Our only complaint is the Uhaul app itself. It wouldn’t load and the website was super slow to return the truck. Uhaul should improve its interface, but I want to reiterate that Rochester Event & Equipment Rental was lovely and very efficient. We also loved being greeted by the shop cats, Binx & Samantha! Definitely recommend!
