The staff need some basic training. the one tall skinny guy knew what was going on, but the desk attendant tried but didnt know what forms to complete, couldnt find the trailer in the lot, had me come back in to complete additional paper. Nothing I couldnt deal with, but when you want to rent something you just want to stop in, and get it done and move on.

I ran into an issue when I was trying to self return my truck. Only after many tries to do it online I called customer service and talked to Dana. She informed me that even though my wmail indicated I could return the truck by myself that in fact the location did not have that feature. She quickly though told me she could change my drop off location and I could return it without delay. She was very helpful and resolved my issues with ease. I was very pleased. Thank you.

There is a bottleneck coming into the parking area. Trucks being dropped off can block incoming/outgoing traffic. Having to wait for snow to be removed from the trailer being rented made the pickup process take much longer. Since I reserved the trailer days in advance, it would have been nice to have a trailer ready for rental when I showed up.

The Rochester experience was quick and easy but the entrance to the area was hard to get to

When I first called in, I was on the phone with a "off site" person and she was not helpful at all. I almost went elsewhere, but then I remembered that everyone can have a bad day, so I tried again. The help I received was great, so I booked the rental. When I came in to pick it up, that 's when I asked about the other person who I originally spoke to and found out it was a person located off site. This local U-Haul was very helpful. Glad I gave them a second chance!



The Customer representatives need to be informed well about the Uhaul locations ,since they cannot identify and trace a Uhaul location . No clear information about the storage location process.

I needed to extend my drop off time by 2 hours and would have dropped it off before closing the same day but when I called they charged me for an additional day. Its been 2 days and the funds are still being held but no invoice received for the extra day. I have rented from other facilities and have never had to pay if needed truck an extra couple of hours.

Not this locations fault, but the template for how much gas I needed to get the tank back to 3/4 was way off. It told me I needed 20 gallons from where the gas gauge was and when I put 20 gallons in the entire tank was full. Probably paid an extra $20-25 in gas.

recommend tie the tow-dolly straps with a knot when empty because otherwise they may work themselves out of the tensioner and flap. Otherwise, dolly worked excellent and easy to use and this location assisted me hooking/unhooking dolly and answered my questions.



We reserved for Two Days and only needed it one day. No Refund option but charged us for extra Mileage. 13 miles over. Doesn't seem right if we returned early to then charge for Extra Mileage.

The price of renting the uhaul was very deceiving. I rented a truck for 39.99 plus mileage and I ended up with a bill over $90.00. We traveled about 20 miles ....
