Estimated mileage was short by 11 miles and truck only had 1/2 tank of gas. Little things, but kept you from earning an excellent rating.

I rented the truck from another location and discovered when I went to pick it up that I had to drive to this U-Haul location. It's further from my home but there was no adjustment for mileage. I am disappointed that I had to pay for extra mileage for a change I had no control or knowledge of.

The Actual Pickup went Fine but The reservation software is bad. I followed this closely and was supposed to pick up at a nearby dealer. I visited the dealer twice to confirm the arrangements and location. On the last day, The reservation was compromised and had to be reissued, and the pickup location was changed. Had I not followed up this would have been a fiasco on pickup day!

My appointment was at 9. I checked in online to make sure it went smoothly. I arrived at the location and then proceeded to wait for 25-30 minutes for service. The workers were very nonchalant and didn't seem to be in a rush as I could see one vaping in the parking lot. They were also dressed very unprofessional. Customers should be your top priority.

Nothing. We had a difficult time trying to locate trucks in a different city and pick up time because the lady that took my reservation put the time 6 hours PAST the time we needed the truck!! When I called U Haul they were courteous fast and professional and found me a truck in a closer town and took care of changing the older reservation cancelling and and making new ones and my “headache” was gone after speaking with them!! Kudos to customer service @ U Haul !!!!

The CS agent, Zach, was exemplary in giving advice on how to checkin at the drop off site in St. Paul by using my smart phone and showed us how it works. Never had such a helpful U Haul agent take the time to explain that.

Inside trailer was OK but could use the pressure washing. Front side of fenders still had mud on from last rental. Front clearance lights were in operable. Ball hitch knob needs some lube it was OK for me but I don't think a woman would've been able to loosen the nut. Hub temperature when I return from a 200 mile trip were cold so bearings are good. Over all a good rental

Left a garage remote in the Uhaul. Called back a couple hours later, customer service rep said they weren't done cleaning all the Uhauls for the day but would call me back. 24 hours later, no call.

Customer service representative should consult customer about operation of vehicle and if they have any question on operation. Had issue with key in ignition, would not turn to start vehicle. Even when swaying steering wheel slightly back and forth. When vehicle returned I mentioned to representative, he had issue getting vehicle to start as well.
