Pick-up times on Saturdays. Need more than one person to check people and get them equipment. I understand the profit margins are probably slim and there are ebbs and flows to the traffic. However, it took a half-hour to pick up a trailer, most of that time waiting to be waited on. And I was there at my designated pick-up time. Once the attendant started the actual process, it went pretty quickly.

i reserved a small van on line several days prior to pick up. when i arrived i was told that both of the vans sitting on the lot, one of which was in the 'just returned' line, had to go to the dealer for maintenance so i had to have a larger box truck. since i had a 1,000 mile round trip with parkways that didn't allow the height of a cube this was a major problem. 3 extra hours of drive time, poor visibility and terrible gas mileage.

Then when I return my uhaul, and it has almost ¾ a tank of gas in it, I can’t get a credit back for how overfilled it is? Makes no sense

My original reservation was not available so they sent me to another location. I'm a little angry that I had to drive around to get a uhaul van when I had a scheduled pickup time and they couldn't meet that.

I think asking a customer to go through the app step by step including taking pictures is a little bit more involved than it should be to return a truck after hours. Just a thought. But overall very satisfied customer

The app used to pickup and return failed multiple times. Even trying to chat with a customer service failed! I had to wait an extra hour losing vital time. Finally after waiting for the site to open the sales person helped. Then returning the truck the app failed over and over not allowing my camera to work. Luckily my wife’s phone was able to be used or I’d still be waiting. This service is very poor and I should receive a refund. There were two other people waiting for the location to open also due to the app not working!!

I was accused of not having returned the truck before they even checked their inventory. needless to I was very nervous because I knew I returned it. I didn't find that getting in contact with the yard to let them know that I had returned it was that easy either

The truck was in the wrong place. Usually the store personnel gets the truck and pulls it out front. Not the case here.
