How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location did not have an appliance dolly which we really needed for the move, and the location closes at 4, but I was able to schedule my pick up for 4. It was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been.
REBECCA MEverything went great.
KENNETH RI believe that the $19.95 rate should be honored if you don't have the equipment available. Also you didn't extend my reservation because of another party. You probably shouldn't promise $50 if it prevents someone from extending again if you are short on equipment for that weekend
