The U-haul rep was very knowledgeable of the process of returning a one way trip from a different location . The drop off process was quick and easy and the rep helped me place the tow dolly where they wanted it. Great experience.

But it rode extremely rough felt as if something was loose on the steering and a check engine light was on really nervous about the mechanical issues and the possibility of being stranded. But luckily no issues. But the staff was excellent she knew all the answers to the questions ask and very very pleasantto talk with. I will not allow the issues with the truck hinder me renting from that location again . Thanks
