MARTHA AI had no issues with Chamblees Services, he was quite professional and helpful. My Order Number is 93278507, Chamblees was not my original pick-up location. U-Haul changed it. U-Haul also contacted me to see if I could transport a car trailer, I agreed and made plans. The morning of pick-up I was contacted that "all offers had been filled" and there was now trailer available. On my day of pick-up and moving I had to make new plans for a car I was going to transport, another driver wasn't available until Friday. I don't understand why U-Haul made the offer then took it back at the last minute.
