DON'T BE SURPRISED IF UHAUL OVERBOOKS! the staff were excellent but this was a terrible experience. I reserved a trailer for Truro, NS but 2 days before pick up I was advised there were no trailers available except in St. Peters, Cape Breton. The staff were awesome trying to find me something closer but as I was moving family to another province I was stuck and drove 480kms to bring the trailer to Truro. Was told by numerous other Uhaul customers that they had similar overbooking experiences. Not planning on renting from them again.
