Rockdale location has a great selection of trailers and are very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. The equipment was in new condition and easy to access which made the rental pickup and drop off a great experience. Highly recommended.

It was a self-serve pick up location near storage units. We had actually asked to pick up in Antigonish but had to drive over an hour to get the truck here, so that was inconvenient. However, Jamie (who we dealt with) was easy to contact, quick to respond, and left truck available for us to get the day of when we needed it.
ANNA SWe booked our trailer months in advance, only to get a phone call the day before pick up to say we had to go to another location to pick up! The location was 1 hour and 15 minutes away. This was total unacceptable. Thank goodness we had travelled to Antigonish a day early or we would have been screwed.
RICHARD VDON'T BE SURPRISED IF UHAUL OVERBOOKS! the staff were excellent but this was a terrible experience. I reserved a trailer for Truro, NS but 2 days before pick up I was advised there were no trailers available except in St. Peters, Cape Breton. The staff were awesome trying to find me something closer but as I was moving family to another province I was stuck and drove 480kms to bring the trailer to Truro. Was told by numerous other Uhaul customers that they had similar overbooking experiences. Not planning on renting from them again.
