I originally scheduled my pick up for the forest hills location. When I got there I was informed that they no longer had any more trailers when there were a ton outside. They directed me to east state. While their customer service was great the overall experience was not. Forest hills is closer to me hence the reason I booked there. East state is further away. Due to the inconvenience I was late to my camping site and started my trip off on a bad note due to U-Haul’s poor service.
Gabrielle LI would recommend if they did a better job taking care of the trucks. The one we picked up had every light in the book on, on the dashboard. When notifying the worker, the person stated “just let them know when you drop it off”. Anything could have happened on the road. I understand you all offer roadside assistance yet MAINTAIN your vehicles as that is required BY YOUR COMPANY. As someone in sales/management- The way your vehicles look and how your employees respond, determines your business.

LUIS SGentleman checking us out was great. Helped us make the rental work for us (2 days) instead on one day and switch for another truck. Very helpful. Only thing that I didn't notice until the next day was that there was no license plate on the vehicle. Vehicle was in great condition/ clean. everything worked. Pretty good gas mileage for the cargo van.
