I spent over 10 minutes waiting at the front desk for someone to show up. There were no workers to be found anywhere. Service was fast once someone finally appeared.

Straps were completely frayed and kept coming off the the vehicle down the highway. Had to stop at a truck stop to buy heavy duty straps. No one seemed to care when I brought the trailer back and said it was unsafe. Then the guy sitting on his cell phone texting told me to unhook the trailer myself because he’s busy
