The biggest problem in using U-Haul is the hugest issue and that is the problem with finding the locations! the Google maps takes you on a fricken circus ride! circling you around and not leading you to the exact location. It waisted a lot of time and made a frustrating situation even more frustrating especially with my situation, vehicle broke down and had to call of someone else to help getting me from where I broke down and back for a three hour drive. This happened for this location in Rockford, Illinois and in Dubuque, Iowa when I wanted to return your equipment. perhaps check on the locations you are listed at and verify the location is correct! I was fortunate this location was open because this happened on labor day. Grateful to have my vehicle back home for repairs.
