Don’t park trucks down on a hill when there is ice everywhere… I asked the man to bring the truck up because it was down a steep hill and ice everywhere- he pointed at it and said it just halfway down the hill… and I said - yes and the hill is full of ice - I didn’t want to fall and he burned so much rubber off the tires trying to get the truck up the hill… and It took a bunch of tries to accomplish getting up the hill… and the truck was moving sideways and then back and forth - finally smoke everywhere and the smell of burnt rubber the truck made it up the hill… thanks to the young man who did that after I asked and explained why I wasn’t going to do that.
Brenda JThe fact that we are unable to know the pickup location until 24 hours prior is extremely disappointing. We had to drive 2 hours out of the way round trip in order to pickup a truck when there were several locations closer.
