Your system was down so there were a line of customers waiting. I was able to use online check-in to get a rental and that went pretty smooth. Glad I wasn’t charged for a dirty truck but it was just the floor in the truck everything else was pretty clean. Overall I would rent again from this location. Thanks

Quick and easy service
NICHOLAS TI was sent to this location after reserving a trailer at the forest hills road location in loves park. After standing in line for thirty minutes at loves park the girl told me I had to go to state street location to get a trailer because someone had stolen the trailer the night before. So even tho forest hills has my on line reservation with my phone number and email they couldn’t notify me before my 9:00 pickup that I needed to go to a different location. Terrible
