I am upset at being charged for 2 gallons of gas as I was extremely careful to have slightly more gas at dropoff than at pickup. They did not go into the truck to veryfy the amount of fuel, so it's their word against mine and I get charged. Bogus!

Kesha AWe originally ordered through the 815 Automotive location and they didn't secure us a truck as guaranteed so at 9pm we had to call customer service and ended up getting a truck from this location. That part was nice because we got a bigger truck for no extra charge, but we didn't end up getting the appliance dolly that was originally paid for. Overall, we got the job done, so it was an okay experience
