Customer Service was great but unfortunately one of the tow straps was too short. It looked like it was cut. I would think that this should have been inspected prior to renting it out.

Pick up was to be 9:30. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there on time. Operator arrived 9:45 and then had to process drop offs from night before. I got out of there at 10:21. You figure it out
GARY AI did not receive day before confirmation call from local rep as was indicated on all email and app communications after making online reservation This locale did not have truck ready for pickup at reserved time despite having done all the ‘save time’ steps in app and turned out I couldn’t drop off at the locale I was able to select and make a reservation at online. At that point I was honestly wondering what was the point of the reservation then ?!?
