There was no representative available at the location for pickup. Cost me and hour and a half and was just a pain. I called the hotline and they got me squared away, but that has nothing to do with this location.

Remind people to have gas in truck when they return it. Maybe 1/2 tank rule.
Julie SVery friendly and quick service.
EAMON PTerrible pickup process thru the app. Took an hour with a customer service rep on for the last 30 minutes.
William MThe staff member who assisted me was great! My only complaints are with u-haul’s equipment that I picked up from this location. First, I’ll start by saying that the dolly functioned properly and did the job. Also, this was the 3rd time that I have rented a dolly from u-haul in the last two weeks, and I had zero complaints with the last two pieces of equipment that I rented. However, there were multiple little things made this experience less than ideal. The safety cables on this dolly were extremely frayed, so hooking up led to me cutting and scratching myself multiple times. The tire straps for securing the vehicle to the dolly were frayed and cut in multiple places, which is not only a safety hazard, but it made feeding the frayed ends of the strap into the ratchet extremely difficult as well. The safety chains on the dolly for securing the vehicle to the dolly had deformed hooks, which made securing the loose ends of the safety chains very difficult. Adding to that, one of the hooks was re-attached to the rest of the chain via a threaded removable chain link, which I don’t have an issue with, but it did make me question the other little things that may have been band-aided on this dolly just to get it back on the lot. Lastly, both fenders were pretty beat up, to the point that you could see through them into the wheel well. Again, it performed the task that I needed it to, but this kind of quality is what you expect when you borrow a run-down piece of equipment from a friend, not when you’re paying to rent from u-haul.
