The window was cracked when I got the uhaul . The app was down and I couldn't go through the link to check in. I went inside and asked if I needed to take pics. The man said no I was good to go. They also didn't have a dollie but charged me for it anyway. So when I went to turn the truck in they kept my deposit saying the cracked window was not documented and that I had stolen the dollie I never got w the truck. So on top of that I was told that since I was having problems getting in the app and in through the links that the last 2 days would be comped as well as 25 miles added to the trip and if any mileage was asked to be paid for they would then comp that as well. I was told by customer service also that I would get my deposit back no problem and I would have no charges due at time of dropoff. So far u guys have kept my $100 deposit tried to take 110 out but my bank declined so then u took 49 n some change out. I put everything I save into getting this U-Haul bc I was escaping an abusive and violent relationship. So that 150 was all the money I had to live off of til I could find a job. I called U-Haul customer service everyday to verify that they were paid up in full and no further charges would be accrued. And was promised I would get my deposit back w no extra charges. Now I don't even have money for food or anything thanks to uhaul

Excellent all around situation the truck was great except one problem with the truck. How do you adjust the mirrors their electric with no switch or they hide the switch up under the bumper? I don’t know there’s no switch to adjust the mirrors. Other than that. Everything was excellent
