Location was locked and no one there. Attendant showed up with small child and not fully focused on customer. WiFi not working so attendant could not easily pull up records. U-Haul sent customer to wrong location per receipt and cost customer more money to get another ride to pick up.

Pickup location was changed without approval. This created a logistic inconvenience. I had to drive 70 miles out of my way to get unit. While the U Haul dealer was excellent, I probably won't use U Haul again.

Richard CThe internet was unavailable, but once they arrived, I was able to sign on to their WiFi and complete my return. There was some confusion on my return in this location finding my rental, because I had closed it and they did not see it in their system. After instruction from the pickup location, she found me in inventory. This might be a training opportunity
