Location was locked and no one there. Attendant showed up with small child and not fully focused on customer. WiFi not working so attendant could not easily pull up records. U-Haul sent customer to wrong location per receipt and cost customer more money to get another ride to pick up.
Christian VPickup location was changed without approval. This created a logistic inconvenience. I had to drive 70 miles out of my way to get unit. While the U Haul dealer was excellent, I probably won't use U Haul again.
