Truck was not maintained, had warning lights on the dash prior to taking vehicle and tire had an air leak.

After our initial reservation with another location cancelled our ŕeservation, the day before we needed the truck,we were not happy. But, we were rerouted to this location. Our experience from the first call was easy, informative and friendly. Picking up the truck- Jason was helpful, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

Mohamad ADrop off service was very bad, guy just twisted one of the chains on my auto transport trailer and I did the rest of the things. They charged $55 for just twisting one chain - they called it “help”. Do not ever choose Express Rentals Inc. in Rocky view, Alberta.
