Amy and BJ were awesome. I got to my daughter's apartment and realized all of her furniture would not fit in a 4x8 trailer. I called the office after the 1:00 pm close (approx 1:15) and BJ answered and said they would be there a little while and they could exchange for a larger trailer. So thankful for their customer service.

Thomas WBJ with Storage in Motion & Uhaul was wonderful to work with. He kept an open line of communication and even met me after he had left for the day so I could pick up the trailer. The location was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing to rent a Uhaul!
