Better signage. There was only a very tiny sign under the major sign that indicated U-Haul location. Better directions of where to drop vehicles off.

The customer service here was a bit disapointing. It took 30-40 minutes to process my paperwork and print it out even though I had a reservation set. We gave a milage estimate when picking up. On the safe side gave a higher amount (21 miles higher to be exact). She stated at that time I would not be charged until I returned the truck. Then I recieved a notification through my online banking app that the full amount with that milage estimate had been withdrawn from the account. Upon returning he truck I questioned the lady about this and was told a hold is put on the account and it would reimberse the account for the balance owed ($24.00) and could take up to 7 buisness days. I told her if she had informed me of that upon pick up I would have given her a lower estimate. Bottom line, she was not clear and informative of the process and she was extremely inefficent with the paperwork process. Would definitely not use this specific location again.

i reserved my trailer 2 weeks in advance and the location in Fayetteville had a trailer with a flat tire. i had to drive 32 miles out of the way to get a trailer at the Rogers store.

they never came to see condition of trailer on return, never assisted with my unhitching nor told me where to place trailer, if fact, they never came out of the office to see if I actually returned my trailer. But they gave me a sign paper saying I did.

All trailers I have ever used had an adjustable stand, you back truck up, lower onto hitch. Drive off. This is apparently something uhaul is to cheap to have. I rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer, very heavy trailer. No way to put on truck , tried to lift it , hurt back badly, I sincerely hope your company is sued due to this negliant practice on your part. There is no defense in this , you cannot hook one of your trailers up to a truck with out physically picking it up , you know the weight of an enclosed trailer. I hope someone instigates a class action lawsuit , I'd jump in on a min. You have absolutely no refused for your customers I am going to have my son start a web site to see if there are others affected by your negliant business practice. See how your arbitration agreement holds up ;) It says this will be posted for public view. Anyone else think uhaul is negliant because of this practice ?

Typically, my UHaul experiences couldn't be much worse if I were locked in the trailer with a bag of rotten fish guts and my weight in angry badgers. I use UHaul once every few years as a very last resort. However, this experience was by far the best and was actually reasonably pleasant. The pickup service was polite and professional and the equipment was clean and in good condition. There was nothing that made me want to commit any atrocities, which is highly abnormal for a UHaul experience. If you can get the other billion locations and agents up to anywhere near this standard, you'll be well on the way to becoming a reasonably respectable business that I would recommend to some one I didn't hate. Very nicely done.

Original location did not accept the truck. Took it to this location. Was told I had to fold blankets or there was a fee? Blankets were a little dirty...oh well. First time I heard that. Also mileage was exceeded so there was an extra $9 charge. Original mileage was underestimated for the quote.

Galvan's auto failed to check the tire pressure on the auto transport. In Kansas, I noticed that a tire on the auto transport had blown and I pulled off immediately. Further inspection indicated that the tread had torn off completely. I called roadside assistance immediately and was placed on hold for 30 or so minutes. As soon as the phone rang like I was being transferred to an agent to get help, Uhaul Roadside Assistance hung up on me. I called again, was placed on hold to wait for the next available agent, and was hung up on again. I tried calling again, but I was hung up on again. At this point, I began to feel desperate and stranded. I called the local Uhaul store in Hays, Kansas, and a nice gentleman named John said he would go around the regular work order process and find a tire to replace the destroyed one. He called a wrecker, and the wreck came and changed the tire. I was able to get back on the road. I called Uhaul Roadside Assistance to report the incident, and I was able to reach an agent to inform them of the problem. The agent then informed me that I would have to call the wrecker who changed the tire to inform him of how to get paid for changing the tire. I refused to do so...after being stranded and having my call to Roadside Assistance dropped multiple times, I was actually told I needed to do footwork to make sure the Uhaul store in Hays, Kansas paid the wrecker. After having my safety put in danger by the negligence of Galvan's, being ignored by Roadside Assistance in my time of need, and having my trip delayed, Roadside Assistance actually told me that I would need to take care of Uhaul’s business for them. On Wednesday, August 12, I returned the auto transport to Uhaul on Buckley Road in Aurora, Colorado. The attendant immediately noticed the tires and told me that the reason the tire had blown was that all of the tires were underinflated. This negligent oversight caused not only delay and distress, but jeopardized my physical safety. This is entirely unacceptable. In addition, when I checked the equipment out from Galvan’s in Arkansas, I specifically asked how much it would cost me to extend my use of the truck for an additional day beyond the return-date. The clerk checking me out informed that it would be a charge of $40.00 per day. Upon arriving in Colorado, due to personal circumstances out of my control, I called customer service at 1 (800) 789-3638 and requested to extend my use of the truck until Tuesday, August 18, 2015. I specifically asked what I would be charged for keeping the truck out an extra day, and the phone attendant told me I would be charged $40.00 per day. Circumstances changed again, and I called to extend my use of the truck until Friday, August 21, 2015. It was not until this call, when I had already asked twice what I would be charged to keep the truck out per each additional day, that the customer service attendant told me that it would be $40.00 per day plus the $14.0
