Absolutely outstanding experience. BJ runs a tight ship! Truly customer focused and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to get me in early when bad weather was coming in. Super nice and friendly and treats customers with respect. Best spotter when backing I’ve seen too. Best U-Haul experience ever and I’ve rented a bunch.
