First this wasn't the location I picked. The pickup location was switched with no notice. So I went to the first location and they had no record of my order. 35 minutes later I was informed it was changed, 15 minutes in the wrong direction. When I got to the new location, the employee had no idea how to process the order. What should have been 5-10 minutes was over 40 minutes. No exaggeration!
