Nobody there inspects any of that equipment. They had 3 dollies available. One had a flat tire one had belts showing on the tread. And the third one was behind several other trailers. They expected me to move all those by hand out of the way so I can get to the only operable one. I had to go in and tell him that there's no way I can get this dolly out and on my truck by myself. They sent a gentleman out there with me but even together it was a struggle for both of us. The best thing that I can say is that the 90 year old woman behind the counter actually knew how to run the terminal and print out the paperwork. PS the one that I did end up renting the driver side lights didn't work at all. No turn signal no brake nothing! I said something about the lights to the guy and it just went out on dead air. He wasn't concerned about it one bit.
