I was only provided a dolley no other equipment was provided. And I was charged for the moving blankets etc.

He has quick access to online info, offers to help and even hooks up for me in the Rain. Exceptional representative for UHaul. Only suggestion is that you might stage more inventory for future business. Thanks for asking.
Augustus KWe had reserved at another location nearby (Shell Station on 411) , they would not honor reservation# without complete online documentation, I could not understand Sahib's rationale, maybe he did not have a computer?? . He gave me the Fone # (706) 506-5928. a guy named Steven, who NEVER returned my call. In urgency, I went online and found this location who could meet my needs in1 hour. Better location, better service, he confirmed my reservation and info then even offered to help attach the unit. My new go to Uhaul location in Rome, Ga. screw sahib and steven !
