The pigtail for the trailer lights was damaged and would not work half of the lights. Luckily there was another trailer there that they could swap the pigtail. The ratchets on the car hauler trailer were rusted and worn. They would not release to pull the straps out and to tighten was another problem.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTHE DRIVER'S SIDE SUN VISOR HAD BROKEN LOOSE FROM ITS ROD AND HUNG DOWN. IT CANNOT BE LOCKED IN THE UP POSITION. VIRBRATION WOULD CAUSE IT TO DROP DOWN AND BLOCK DRIVERS VIEW. I WAS CONSTANTLY MOVING IT OUT OF MY LINE OF VISION. THIS SHOULD BE REPAIRED QUICKLY.
CHARLES SOwner was extremely nice, service was prompt. This will be my choice for future rentals.
Jan EI prefer renting from an actual U-Haul facility oppose to a third party factor.
