The cell service was not great at the pick up location making the mobile pickup very challenging. It caused it to prevent me from using the photo features and finishing the pick up process. Upon turning in, the app said I drove 100,000 miles due to this glitch. Upon choosing the “call” option, it sent me to a Verizon message saying they just set up their phone. Very challenging pick up/drop off process.
