I was told I had the truck till 12 the next day. I was there at 11.40 am waiting in line to be checked in. The attende went to check me in and it was before 12 and he said I was all set. He sent a digital receipt. Upon viewing the receipt I saw I was charged for 2 days rental. I printed the receipt and the next day went to their location and showed them I was charged for 2 days and you said I had the vehicle till noon. I waited in line for 10 minutes to be waited on so the vehicle clearly was returned by 12. They said they had to call uhaul to get authorization for uhaul to refund the extra day charged back to me. As of today I have not heard anything back.

BRIAN JJojos people were very nice and helpful!!!! Corporate U-Haul sucks, they changed my drop off location with no notice. delivered to original spot and was told it had been moved. Will definitely look at budget or ryder next time!!!!
