I unfortunately can't remember the name of the man who handled my pick up and drop off at this location, but he was very welcoming, detailed, friendly, and my overall experience was pleasant. The store had gotten a little busy while I was there and he handled everything professionally and made sure everyone was greeted. I have no complaints and would use this location again as it's right by my home... Nice and convenient!

This was not the location when I made my reservation 3 weeks before. What's worse is that I need the truck at 7 am and this location was advertised on Uhaul as not opening until 8:30 am. I never received any communication regarding picking it up at 7:00 a.m. using the self-checkout process. I arrived at 8:15 to find the location was already open and the truck was ready for self-checkout. Though I didn't have any type of Link to complete this. The location was kind enough to give me the code to get the key but I had no way to check out the vehicle on the U-Haul app. I drove away from the location and a 26-ft truck with less than 1/8 of a tank of gas on unfamiliar roads. This was very different from my previous U-Haul experiences. While the store was helpful, the experience in process with U-Haul was not. I did finally receive the self-checkout communication from U-Haul at 12:30 that day while in the middle of my move.
