This was not the location when I made my reservation 3 weeks before. What's worse is that I need the truck at 7 am and this location was advertised on Uhaul as not opening until 8:30 am. I never received any communication regarding picking it up at 7:00 a.m. using the self-checkout process. I arrived at 8:15 to find the location was already open and the truck was ready for self-checkout. Though I didn't have any type of Link to complete this. The location was kind enough to give me the code to get the key but I had no way to check out the vehicle on the U-Haul app. I drove away from the location and a 26-ft truck with less than 1/8 of a tank of gas on unfamiliar roads. This was very different from my previous U-Haul experiences. While the store was helpful, the experience in process with U-Haul was not. I did finally receive the self-checkout communication from U-Haul at 12:30 that day while in the middle of my move.
