They just told me where to drop it. No paperwork or anything. Then on Tuesday Uhaul called asking where my trailer was and I explained to them I dropped it off Sunday morning. Then they charged me an additional $20.00 with no reason.,

The lady running this place is rude and a thief I went two miles and she charged me 15 bucks because I didn't put fuel in it. I went two miles. Crazy.

Uhaul treated me very unfair..they promised me no charge for the extra f 50:Free miles if I brought the the truck to Rosamond..They didn't give me my total refund..the lady in Rosamond Was the rudet most disrespectful. Woman I have ever. Had to Deal with...I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL SERVICE AGAIN

Overall communication needs to be better , prices definitely need to be better. There's no reason it should cost $60 for less than a hour. That's outrageous. Drop off was a nightmare.

It was a poor experience. The first truck was dead then when they gave me a second truck started but they never changed my online check so nothing matched. When driving the steering wheel had to be held at 90 degree to go strait. The brakes pulled the truck to the right. I'll never rent Uhaul again

I am being charged extra charges that are not valid. The lady was very rude and argumentative and did not have my equipment ready. I had to go inside the store and have her argue with me and then dismiss me. I set up no contact to avoid possible contact of corona virus. My bill should have been no more than $150. And it was twice that. She is charging me for gas when I have proof we filled it up to the same level.

Let customers know that if we drop off truck when closed a few will apply. Was told to drop of keys at location without been notified of a fee. I had a whole extra day to drop off truck would of waited if known. Was also charged for gas logs should be kept up at pick up locations. There was also a bogus fee of 5 dollars of a purchase I made when supposedly drop off location was closed.


The owner name Elisa was very rude to me and did not want to hear my complaint she treating very bad. I will never go to Uhaul. in Rosamond again. The app did not work and I got there in time. Also I reserved a huge dolly 2 weeks in advance and Elise did not reserved the item for me. Very bad service and for now on I will rent from a different company. Marco A Ibanez

There was no one to help you. I had to check out using my cell phone, take pictures of everything and leave the keys in a drop box. The instructions on the cell phone stated to park behind the store. There was no parking behind that store for dropping off a Uhaul truck. Overall, this was a horrible and very very expensive rental. I do feel that I should have recieved some of my money back.

Poor communication. I reserved a truck for a 0730 pick up and U-Haul subsequently changed it to 0900 because the location doesn't open until 0900 and apparently isn't set up for after hours key pick up. The problem is that a) the website allowed me to make the 0730 pick up reservation And sent me a confirmation email for that time and b) U-Haul didn't update the reservation time on the website or send me an updated email receipt until 0810, when I was already at the location trying to figure out how to pick up the truck. It turned out that U-Haul Had left me a voice mail the previous evening, but I missed it and, the morning of pick up, the website and app were still showing that I was good for my scheduled 0730 pick up. In addition, the truck I was supposed to use had loose trim around the window which necessitated switching to a different truck of a different size.
