This location is horrible. It is not easy to find, the address we were given took us to someone's house, and there was no barcode to scan to indicate we were at the location (had to use location services, not optional). We also had to call U-Haul because our reservation was not changed to a mobile pick-up when U-Haul changed our pick-up location to this site the day before pick-up. The woman on the phone was very helpful, but it still took us 30 minutes to do a self-service pick-up due to all the ridiculous-ness.
