I was frustrated to find that although there is a Uhaul just around the corner from my home, I was scheduled to go to Roseville to pick up the truck. This added over 10 miles to my trip and took me over the allotted mileage. Please the amount in the online description when selecting my truck size indicated rate included 124 miles. Then when I picked up the vehicle they indicated only 109 was allowed. I felt tricked and taken advantage of.

Service was great. Truck was not in very good shape. The windshield had a crack in it all the way across from left to right. The truck had so many X stickers all over it from previous scrapes and dents.

The location is incredibly hard to find due to not being clearly marked and not located near the street. You have to go around the block to another street to get access to the site. The attendant was very helpful with our problem being that many other people had the same problem finding the uhaul location.

Document fuel levels more accurately. Remember to give customer the blankets, dolly, and straps they requested. Communicate with drop off uhaul location so customer doesn’t get charged for fuel they aren’t responsible for.

I had a great experience plus I drop off the truck around 8:45 pm . Got out and put my keys in the night drop. Realized my phone and car keys was lock up in the truck I had used. I found a worker and told her my situation . She gracefully got my phone and keys out of the truck I had just used. Don't know her name but she was Life Saver.

I've used U-Haul a number of times. This site experience was the easiest I've ever enjoyed. Pre-reserved, equipment ready to go, in and out of there in less than 7min. Returning was just drop the key in the box and go about my life. No added charges, easy breezy !! Would definitely use again or recommend at the very least.



The location didn't do anything wrong aside from admit that the phone customer service team gave me incorrect information and they were not willing to honor the misinformation I was given. Everything was great up until the misinformation that was given by the customer service call center and the fact that they basically would not honor what I was told. So I guess you can say my complaint is about the customer service online or call center but it's the locations job to also make sure that their customers are taken care of. I wasn't asking for anything more than I was told I would be given. Basically the location offered me two days at $95 for a 20-foot truck which included 30 MI and then I would pay $0.40 a mile after that. well I called the call center for customer service and told them I didn't need the car for 2 days after all and if I could take it back and get a refund and they said yes you take it back and you'll get half of your money back. Well the location would not agree to do that what they did is charged me one day rate which is what I used it for and then a dollar 9 cents for all my mileage. Their argument is that I still saved money from what I was going to pay to have it for 2 days but as a consumer if I call and I'm told that I can get a refund for half of the price and then that does not happen obviously I'm not going to leave happy.
