I was made to wait for over an hour, only to be told that their system was down. I then had to call U-Haul and rebook the trailer over the phone, which took another 45 minutes. Overall, it was a frustrating and painful experience.
Arjumand SHandled a line 1st thing in the morning with humor and an efficient manner. I was worried I would be waiting for 30 minutes, but it was closer to 15 minutes.

PATRICK MHorrible!! Showed up to my original Uhaul location, the manager said you can’t take trailer ( not ready). She found another location aporix 10 miles away, so I asked nothing closer she replied let me check. Well what do you know? .5 mile down the street has it Ok show up but they don’t open till 09:30 ( 1 hour) till they open. Show up pick it up On my return next day there are 11 people in line. I asked just dropping off they told me get in line, with the other people picking up. Finally 20 mins later employee says pull up to the fat gate I will meet you there. 20 minutes later he shows up! Horrible unacceptable. ( Anthony at the 2nd location was really nice)
