I am old fashioned and I don’t really like to do check-ins on my phone. I want to do things face to face. Think about if my phone loses connection or I drop it and the screen breaks or goes dark. What am I going to do then 🤔🤔 🤷♂️

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy reservation was at 7am. The place doesn’t open until 8am. The keys weren’t in the truck and when I called I was told that I had to wait until 8am. What’s the point of a 7am reservation if you have to wait until 8. Super annoying. Ruined my day and made everything way more complicated than it needed to be. If you don’t allow reservations before 8am don’t let someone make a reservation at 7am that’s stupid. I would never use any U-Haul again after this. Absolute foolishness.I wish I could rate lower than 1 star.
