Communication was not good. Email had no code to get into the property to pick van up before office opened. I had to call UHaul and they had to call the property management then property management had to call me back to give the code to get in. The link in the email to check in outside of business hours was invalid. Property management blamed UHaul for the tech problems. I had to wait for the property manager to arrive when business hours started, get another code which was not provided to get the van key from a lock box,. Then I got into the van and the pads and hand truck I had reserved were not in it. Property manager only had the pads, not the hand truck so offered to remove the charge. Guess I didn't need the hand truck? If I had been able to access the property and reserved cargo van at the time I reserved for pick up, I wouldn't have had the pads or the hand truck. Very badly run and badly prepared.

There was no one there got locked in and had to jump a fence
Jake SI reserved furniture dollys, they or any location doesn't have them. In addition, the back lever was frozen so we had to de - ice it. Then there wasn't a regular dolly in there. On top of that they tried to charge me for after hours when I was there on time but their number to call after hours did not work. I called 4 times no answer. I called customer service number, they gave me two codes, that didn't work. Then they told me to leave the keys in the car and leave the passenger seat unlocked. Absolute horrible experience.

Gary BI was given NO GATE ENTRY CODE and was not informed that the location would be closed on Monday when my return was due. I called the after hours number on the gate several times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I finally was able to follow a storage unit customer into the parking lot, but after checking my van in on the app, I was unable to trip the gate to leave without then using the truck to drive back over to let my ride into the lot. The entire process wasted half an hour when it should have been 5 minutes max. I’ll never return to this location again.
