The reservation was made a month in advance to pick up and return the 26’ truck at Gilman’s in Rumford. Shortly before the pick up date we were informed that the truck would need to be picked up in Jay and returned to Jay. That was not acceptable to us. We were given an option of going to Auburn and return to Rumford. We chose that option. When we picked up the truck in Auburn we were told it would need to be returned to Jay. Again, not acceptable. The truck was returned to Rumford. Not a very nice experience.
