when I requested the equipment at Madison ME I (17 miles away from my location) I was told to wait for confirmation. At Madison they told me they didn't have the equipment , I had to pick it up at Rumford ME about 40 miles away. At my own expense i had to drive 80 miles (driving my own car one way and driving the truck back spending $50.00 in gas on the truck) The attendant at Rumford told me he was giving me extra miles at no cost since I had to pick up the truck wih the extra distance. The invoice at North Attleboro is charging me for the extra miles. I disagree with having to pay for extra miles. please take notice and void the payment for the extra miles.

Albert WI had a 20 foot truck and a bit more room to back up would be helpful. Otherwise, all was great.
