It took the retailer more than an hour to get our rental set up, She had to read the mileage 4 different times to make it match up to the computer. The truck ran like a dog. It was all over the road, hard to handle. sucked gas like never before. We were estimated at 159$ and walked out of there at over 280$ after she couldnn't get the mileage straight again and had some other employee check the mileage. we were charged for alot of miles we did not put on that truck, being disabled you people ran us into the red with this overcharge. When I called, I kept getting disconnected. I will never use UHaul again, and I used to use only you. The truck ran bad, the renter did not know what she was doing and we were overcharged almost double. If you would like to make this right you may call me a 818-517-6591 before I take it any farther. My paperwork is being prepared for the Consumer board and I will take it farther if nothing more than to let disabled and elderly people not get taken advantage of again as we were. Thank you for this email, I couldn't get anywhere on your phone lines. As soon as I say the word complain, they would ask me to hold and then I was disconnected, this happened a number of times.

U-Haul Traffic Dept. gave me incorrect cost information. I was told $112 in cash. In fact, it was $112 + $5 environmental fee + tax for a total of $126.07. If the payment was made in cash, there was also a $100 deposit requirement (returned, I presume) at the pick up location for a total of $226.07. Accurate and complete cost information given out by the Traffic Dept. would be nice.

I prefer registered, ordered a 20' Got a 15' nothing was pre done. Got there and nothing was done. Spent 45 minutes waiting to get done. Store didn't know how to do anything. They called customers service, I called customer service( my lady was very nice ) It cost me $25 to pay my worker's while waiting for the truck I prefer registered for. Horrible customer service.

Make sure they have the right equipment and accessories for the equipment. I had to go buy my own adapter for the car dolly I rented. Also have someone to help customers, had to constantly wait and as the market customers to be help. It was a bit of an inconvenience

Very slow and didn't know the procedures, didn't find out certain things about the truck until we dropped it off. The representative didn't do a walk around with me. I think they need more training on U-hauls procedures.

truck was parked on hill when i picked up. less gas in tank than quoted in contract. this location was about 20 miles from the requested location. third time in a row i have had to go out of my way to collect a truck first time 50 miles. second time 4 miles and third was 20 miles. not a convenient service at all

full coverage or not, there should be a walk around for lights, etc. Also, the check engine light was on. Got 6 blankets, asked for 12. None reminder on 24 hour return? I thought I had 48. He could not access my registration on the web site, even though they called me about chng in pick up as other didn't have 15ft.
